I am glad that I came in several days early to allow time to adjust for the jet lag. So far it is not working. I am tired enough when I go to bed at 10:00 Cairo time and I get to sleep quickly but do not sleep long. I wake within 2-3 hours and cannot get back to sleep. By mid morning I am exhausted. Taking a nap is the worst as I can hardly wake myself to get up from it. That perpetuates the bad cycle. It is 1am and I am wide awake.
Hopefully this will get sorted out quickly as the ride starts Friday at 6 am. Oh well, has anyone heard of sleep riding? Close cousin to sleep walking....
